Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ppgamin," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ppgamin platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the ppgamin website located at ppgamin.net and all associated services, features, games, and content accessible through it.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the ppgamin Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account that grants a Player access to the ppgamin Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's ppgamin Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional rewards issued to a Player by ppgamin that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by ppgamin before withdrawals are processed.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on the ppgamin Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ppgamin Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ppgamin. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an Account or use the Platform.

Your continued use of the ppgamin Platform following any updates to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Eligibility

To register and use the ppgamin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold ppgamin Accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ppgamin or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded or excluded by ppgamin from using the Platform.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

ppgamin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on ppgamin, you must register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ppgamin Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

ppgamin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds associated with them. Players found operating multiple Accounts may be permanently banned from the Platform.

By registering an Account, you warrant that all information you have provided is truthful and accurate. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. ppgamin accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ppgamin Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

ppgamin will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ppgamin and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify ppgamin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. ppgamin accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.

ppgamin employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all Account access and transactions. Additional security measures including two-factor authentication (2FA) are available and strongly recommended for all Players. Session activity monitoring and brute-force protection are applied to all Accounts as standard.

Deposits

ppgamin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Over-the-Counter, Coins.ph, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods including GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reversal of funds.

ppgamin does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ppgamin's control. E-wallet deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ppgamin Balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation.

ppgamin reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the Player's original payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent, if it cannot be verified, or if it violates these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, ppgamin will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to clarify.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification has been completed and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied.

The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your Account dashboard and varies by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) Philippine business day after approval.

ppgamin does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawal methods. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside ppgamin's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered ppgamin Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ppgamin reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected.

ppgamin reserves the right to void and withhold withdrawal requests where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated systems, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 10 of these Terms and Conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

ppgamin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all ppgamin promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from your real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus.
• Bonus Funds that remain unplayed after the validity period expires will be forfeited without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per Account, unless otherwise specified by ppgamin in the relevant promotion terms.
• ppgamin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by a Player.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Systematic bonus exploitation, including coordinated multi-account abuse, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ppgamin Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — operate under their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or game category. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game.

All slot and table games on ppgamin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines that have been independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed in the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection during a game round, ppgamin will use all reasonable efforts to determine the outcome based on available game state data. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance. ppgamin's decision in such cases is final.

Sports betting markets and odds are set by ppgamin at its sole discretion. ppgamin reserves the right to void bets on any market where there is evidence of match manipulation, data error, or technical failure in odds calculation. Void bets will have their stakes returned to the Player's Balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppgamin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or coordinating betting strategies to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to transfer or obscure funds of illegal origin;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software;
• Conducting charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Using another person's payment account or personal details without their explicit consent;
• Abusing customer support, including submitting fraudulent claims or making false complaints.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ppgamin Platform, including but not limited to the ppgamin brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game assets, written content, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of ppgamin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ppgamin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law and applicable international treaties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppgamin's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppgamin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether ppgamin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ppgamin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ppgamin shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or failures of third-party service providers.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ppgamin accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of their gaming activity on the Platform. Players are solely responsible for managing their own gambling activity and associated finances.

Account Suspension & Closure

ppgamin reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account, at any time and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

In cases of Account closure due to a Player's own request or due to Account inactivity, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable administration fees, as notified to the Player at the time of closure.

In cases of Account suspension or closure due to breach of these Terms and Conditions, ppgamin reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Balance and any associated Bonus Funds may be forfeited in full.

Responsible Gaming

ppgamin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. ppgamin provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic log-outs after a set period of gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive on-screen reminders of the duration of your current session at intervals you select.

If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, ppgamin strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account dashboard and to seek support from relevant organizations. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

ppgamin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ppgamin will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on the Account.

Updated Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the ppgamin Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
